In standard mode the log out link is at the footer of every page.

My gift has not arrived what should I do?

Contact the retailer with whom you placed the order – your contract is with them. However, feel free to contact us as well, because we need to know if our affiliated merchants aren’t giving our members the service they deserve.

My activation email has not been sent – not even to junk.

Activation emails typically arrive within a couple of minutes. If you don’t receive one, the most likely reason is that you miss-typed your email address. Try registering again. If you get an error message stating your email address is already registered, please contact us
